"Rachel was absolutely wonderful! She originally called me about a promotional bundle deal I believe but the timing couldn't have worked out better because I unexpectedly needed to get renters insurance set up for my mom within just a few days but hadn't gotten around to it. She immediately helped me get everything taken care of quickly within a few minutes. She made the whole process incredibly easy and was so kind, personable, and genuinely fun to talk to along the way. We joked about how coincidental it was to have had this phone call...tho I still need to work on staying on top of my tasks haha but it's always nice to have someone like Rachel call to check in and pivot whenever there's an issue. Give Rachel a raise, please!"
